  • Rates are in accordance with "Notary Fees" as specified in "Florida statues; 2824(24), 117.05(2)(a), 319.23 and 65594. additional fees may apply for some areas.

    A notary public is allowed to charge for each notarial act, but not more than:

    • Acknowledgments - $10.00
    • Oaths or affirmations - $10.00
    • Jurats - $10.00
    • Protests - $10.00
    • Copy Certifications - $10.00
    • Solemnizing a Marriage - $30.00
    • Verifying a VIN - $20.00
    • Note: Additional fees may apply for some services and travel fees may apply in some cases. Travel fees will also be charged in case you are not present at the appointment without advance notice or if you do not have the appropriate forms of identification or documents ready at the time of the appointment
